2. Hosting
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (www.cloudflare.com), through its Cloudflare Pages service.
It is a static site: pages are generated in advance and served as they are, with no database and no processing on the server.
3. What this site is for
This site presents the activity of MUSIMA: its gatherings, the people who speak at them, its projects and its writing. Access is free and open. Nothing is sold here, there is no payment and no commercial transaction.
4. Terms of use
What you may do
You may read this site, quote it, share its addresses and reproduce extracts for private, educational, community or journalistic use, as long as you credit MUSIMA and do not distort the content. For any other use, commercial in particular, write to us: we answer.
What you may not do
The following are not allowed: systematic extraction or reuse of a substantial part of the content, any attempt at unauthorised access, any action meant to disrupt the running of the site, and use of the published contact addresses for unsolicited canvassing.
Links
Outgoing links point to sites we do not control and are not answerable for. You may link to this site without asking us, as long as the link does not mislead anyone about where the content comes from.
5. Intellectual property
The texts published on this site belong to MUSIMA unless stated otherwise. Photographs remain the property of their authors: every published image carries its credit where one has been given to us. The visual identity and the name MUSIMA belong to the association.
Portraits, stories and photographs of people are published with the agreement of the people concerned. If you appear in an image or a text and want it taken down, write to us: we do it, without argument and without delay.
6. Liability
We do our best to publish accurate, up-to-date information, in particular the dates and venues of gatherings. An error is still possible: it cannot engage the association’s liability. Announced dates and venues may change; the event page is the one that counts.
The site is offered as it is. We guarantee neither continuous availability nor the absence of interruptions for maintenance or on the host’s side.
7. Data protection and cookies
How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy policy. The use of cookies and local storage is set out in the cookie policy.
8. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
